Analyze patients using deep clinical data

Over 3 million active patients in specialty clinics in the U.S. with over 9,000 additional speciality clinicians. Deep clinical information from EMR includes progress notes, linked medical and pharmacy claims, PROs, encounter types, lab results, condition-related outcomes, prescribed medications, relevant treatments, and treatment response.

Quantify relevant condition subtypes

Evaluate unique treatment patterns and patient journeys within Mental Health condition sub-types derived from Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, QIDS, Mood Disorder Questionnaire, Suicidal Ideation, as well as Signs, Symptoms, Adverse Events, and Depression Clinical Response variables.

Track patients with timely data updates

Data from more than 95% of patients are deterministically linked and continuously updated. Medical and pharmacy claims data have a time lag of fewer than 90 days.

Using AI modeling, data science, and technology, longitudinal records provide outcomes from relevant medical history such as weight measurements, comorbidities, and treatment interruptions, in addition to signs, symptoms, and adverse events in representative patient cohorts.
